My stay at Venue Hotel was generally positive, with really good service from the staff. though the room size and amenities had some downsides. The staff truly made the experience nice with their friendly demeanor and willingness to help. However, the location was a bit farther from the MRT station than I preferred, which made it inconvenient at times.
